In a Product Liability case, product defects or faulty manufacturing of vehicles are often impractical to demonstrate or recreate in a courtroom setting. With Video Testing nearly any type of product malfunction can be recreated in the field and brought into the courtroom on DVD for a powerful and practical presentation. Using multiple cameras and sophisticated recording devices we are able to capture the flaws of the product and present the liability in trial or mediation.
