Services - Video Deposition

Videotaped depositions can be used in multiple ways throughout the various stages in your case. It is a cost-effective method when deponents, expert witnesses or doctors' schedules do not permit repeated court appearances. Taped depositions also allow you to monitor opposing counsel and observe witness behavior. We provide a synchronized videotape of the deposition for on-screen subtitles as well as easy referencing and trial software compatibility. During the videotaping we use a backdrop for the witness as well as professional broadcast quality sound recording.
